Accordng to the enactment dated 2016/01/30 No. 145937/T 50999 of the Council of Ministers, Ministry of Energy is obliged to facilitate the connection to the grid and the transmission of electrical energy, and guarantee the electricity delivery and support the retail bilateral contracts. Also, according to the enactment of the Council of Ministers dated April 28, 2020 number 82357/T 57467 AH, and the enactment of the Ministry of Energy dated 2020/11/22 No. 100/30/34585/99, all industrial customers with demand above 3 megawatts are obliged to provide their needed electricity through retail bilateral contracts with electricity supplier companies (electricity retail companies and power plants) or energy exchange. As a result, entering into a retail bilateral contracts enjoys the required legal supports and protections. The purpose of the bilateral electricity contract is to create a direct financial exchange between the supplier and the consumer. Presently, only customers above 3 megawatts in the industry and mining sectors can meet their electricity consumption needs using bilateral contracts with their suppliers. Based on this goal, our company is proud to provide electricity at the most competitive price possible in the market to the industries and mines of the country.
